I was going to suggest changing the table of known targets. The current table on first impression looks like rows of RNA -> target rather than a list of sRNAs that are known to interact with Hfq. I would rename it something like "Bacterial Hfq binding sRNAs". I also wanted to be able to add the names of the new ones identified by Sittka et al (pmid=18725932 Hfq deep sequencing paper).

I agree the title of the table is a bit misleading. Go ahead and extend the table! Alexbateman (talk) 09:12, 31 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
