The reference lists only hospital trusts in the London area, but the claim seems to be made on the basis of the article title only, without the context for the comparison. Therefore the statement is dubious, and would be true only if London's bottom 12 hospital trusts as ranked by the Healthcare Commission were also the UK's bottom 12 hospital trusts. —Observ (talk) 22:25, 28 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
