Dated material in the first line. Given the current US Census bureau, https://www.census.gov/quickfacts/table/PST045216/48, it appears that the total Hispanic/Latino percentage in Texas is 38.8% as of 2015. I am surprised to see this listing 51.1% as of 2011, because to my knowledge the Hispanic population has not gone down, and has not even been close to break-even.
