  • Swift wrote "Holy Ground" and came into the studio with producer Jeff Bhasker one day ... This part of the sentence is strange to me. Does it mean she wrote the song and introduced it to Bhasker in the course of a single day? If not, it ought to be reworded or maybe just omitted.
  • Reflecting on the incident, Swift thought to herself, ... "Swift thought to herself" is strange since I'm not sure how we would know that. Just cutting it to Reflecting on the incident, Swift expressed: ... is clearer.
  • Avoid using "noted" in two places (MOS:SAID).
  • By MOS:BODY, I'd consider merging the Commercial performance into another section since its only three sentences. Maybe Production and release or Critical reception.
  • Copyvio is a good 13.8%. No copyright issues.
  • Image checks out as CC.

Apologies this review took so long to get to Ippantekina. Anyway, as you can see above I don't have many issues. I'm glad I picked it up though because I probably never would've heard this song – I think Perone is right that its worth a listen for the casual listeners like myself. Hello, thanks so much for taking up this review. I’m glad you gave this song a listen; it was one of the tracks that convinced me to take Swift’s music seriously. I’m currently on a trip so please allow me some delay in finishing the nom. Cheers, Ippantekina (talk) 15:56, 30 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Ippantekina, I made you wait long enough for the review, so please take all the time you need. Enjoy your trip. Tkbrett (✉) 16:17, 30 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]

  • ... that the beats in Taylor Swift's song "Holy Ground" were described by Brad Nelson of The Atlantic as being "insistent enough to act as punctuation for the lyrics"? Source: Nelson, Brad (November 1, 2012). "If You Listen Closely, Taylor Swift Is Kind of Like Leonard Cohen". The Atlantic.
