Is Homburg a city officially? I read somewhere that Kaiserslautern integrated some areas in its suburbs to reach a population of 100,000 so as to get an official city status. So a town less than that is not a city? Is that a state (Bundesland) specific rule or a national rule? Yasirniazkhan 12:47, 14 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]
