Slobad's vandalism[edit]

Slobad, why do you keep insisting on the deletion. Homelandsis regarded as the worst expansion of all time even by Wizards. If you are a Homelands fan, which isn't impossible, then fine. But stop the vandalism. If you feel you can make a point for your vandalism then discuss it here, and let's decide between those of us in the Magic community.--Bedford 22:26, 26 September 2005 (UTC)[reply]

It not vandalism, huh? Homelands is the best expansion of all time. Adding the poorly recieved section is vandalism, huh? Legions was the worst set of all time, not Homelands, huh? --Slobad 00:27, 27 September 2005 (UTC)[reply]

You are the first person who ever thought it was the best set. Now, granted I was the one that once wrote an article comparing the top 20 cards of each set. But your regarding it as the best set is POV, wheras everything I've kept is validated. You just wish to be a vandal, as you proved by retitling this thread. Now grow up --Bedford 01:00, 27 September 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Your vandalism is also a POV. It is not validated, huh?
What we mean isn't obvious, and is easily misunderstood. There are many other valid interpretations of "unbiased," and "neutral". The notion of "unbiased writing" that informs Wikipedia's policy is "presenting conflicting views without asserting them." This needs further clarification, as follows.
First, and most importantly, consider what it means to say that unbiased writing presents conflicting views without asserting them. Unbiased writing does not present only the most popular view; it does not assert the most popular view is correct after presenting all views; it does not assert that some sort of intermediate view among the different views is the correct one.
-Wikipedia official policy
You are only presenting the most popular view, and you are asserting it, huh? --Slobad 02:53, 27 September 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Rather than removing a section entirely, please try and fix it so it is acceptable to all. For starters, I've changed it from "Poorly Received" to "Reception" and shortened it considerably. -- Norvy (talk) 16:30, 28 September 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Last ante card[edit]

From what I could find on Gatherer, Timmerian Fiends might be the last card to refer to ante. Can anyone confirm or deny this? If so it might make it a notable card. --Mrwojo 16:36, 4 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I've added this to the article. --Mrwojo 04:28, 7 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Notable cards[edit]

I'm just throwing this out here (I don't want to make a major edit on my own since I'm a very inexperienced Magic player, I just inherited a lot of the cards when I was younger) but shouldn't the notable cards section include Baron Sengir, Eron the Relentless (I'm pretty sure he's from this set) and some others? Are notable cards just good cards we like that are arguably notable or is there some official basis for this? Kiyae (talk) 10:31, 9 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
