This content is far from ideal, but I figured forking out a standalone from Homelessness in the United States by state might actually make the process of making improvements easier. I hope we can all agree that the topic of homelessness in Oregon meets eligibility requirements. I've added a POV tag and hope to expand on details about Portland at some point. - The article started off in very much poor quality when it was imported back in 2017. Everything from "furthermore" down, there is a lot of manipulation and synthesis done by whoever wrote it and introducing significant bias (far and well beyond choice of synonymous words) in favor of homeless.
