Revert war[edit]

There are a dozen talk pages already discussing this. Wikipedia guidelines prefer SVG flags. Instantnood is reverting to a PNG flag against this policy. I've told him I'd agree with him, or even make an attempt to fix the SVG flag, if he could point out that the SVG flag has problems. He has stated that he cannot identify a problem with the SVG flag.
