• I notice that the article has been tagged for notability. As established in the article, this is a national Canadian charity analogous to Angel Flight in the US, with support from several airlines and one of Canada's most-famous television personalities as its honorary patron. There are also references to articles in two major Canadian publications (a complete article in Canadian Living and a reference in the Vancouver Sun. Partisan sources

• The sources for specific facts provided in the article are from the Hope Air web site because a charity's web site is the normal place that will list its sponsors, year of founding, and number of services provided — it's rare to find those in third-party sources for any charity. The article does list three references in independent media sources, including two complete articles dedicated to Hope Air and one protracted reference. Does it simply need more of those to remove the "partisan" warning? How many external media references are usually required, as a guideline? Thanks in advance for any advice. Hope Air Hope Air is a national charity that provides Canadians in financial need with free travel to medical care far from home. Since its inception in 1986, the charity has arranged over 125,000 flights. Hope Air provides its free flights through the purchase of commercial airline tickets funded by donations from corporations and individuals, by working with private pilots comprising the Volunteer Pilot Program, and through partnerships with national and regional airlines, including WestJet, Porter Airlines, Bearskin Airlines, Central Mountain Air, Pacific Coastal Airlines, Air Canada, Pascan Aviation, Air Creebec, Harbour Air Seaplanes, Northwestern Air, Transwest Air and First Air. History Hope Air was founded in 1986 by Joan Rogers and Jinnie Bradshaw, C.M. under the name Mission Air Transportation Network. Rogers and Bradshaw were inspired to start the charity after witnessing the impact of long-distance travel on cancer patients arriving from across the country to Toronto for treatment. In the beginning, corporations donated the use of their corporate aircraft to Hope Air. Soon commercial airlines began donating airfare to Hope Air, facilitating more flight capacity for the charity. In its first year, Hope Air arranged 56 flights. By 1993, the organization had provided over 10,000 flights. In 1995, Roméo Leblanc, then-Governor General of Canada, became Hope Air’s first Vice-Regal patron. Every Governor General of Canada since has been a patron of the charity. Other Patrons of Hope Air have included Marc Garneau and Rick Mercer. Upon its founding in 1996, WestJet began donating passes to Hope Air and it has remained Hope Air’s biggest airline partner. Hope Air launched the Volunteer Pilot Program in 1999, which enrolls private pilots who fly patients to medical appointments on their personal aircraft. In 2010, Hope Air began seeking donations from corporations, foundations, individuals, and special events to augment flights donated by commercial airlines and flights flown by Hope Air’s volunteer pilots. On December 3, 2015, Hope Air celebrated its 100,000th flight. Hope Air expanded its travel offerings in 2016 in collaboration with the government of Prince Edward Island by providing Confederation Bridge Toll passes and, in 2017, Northumberland Ferry passes to Islanders travelling to the Maritime Provinces for care. Process Hope Air clients must meet certain eligibility criteria to be considered for a free flight, including demonstrating financial need, having a confirmed healthcare appointment that is covered by the patient’s provincial healthcare plan, and being medically cleared to fly on a commercial airplane.
