Disruptive ?[edit]

In the first sentence, "disruptive and technology-focused start-ups" seems inaccurate. The word 'disruptive' seems to rely too much on 'technology-focused'. Can a different word than 'disruptive' be used? Would we want to say "aggressive technology-focused start-ups" — just asking, Charles Edwin Shipp (talk) 20:53, 1 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

On the other hand, a Google-search of [disruptive financing] yields 62 hits, including financing in India, USA, and other nations.
  • May 21, 2013 - "They are also music to the ears of disruptive financing firms that are focused on attacking inefficient markets with solutions that work for users." [1]
  • 2008 textbook – "The impact of these “disruptive” financing methods, service delivery systems, and technologies is not yet fully understood." (Google books)
  • Jun 27, 2013 - "The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has said that non-disruptive financing of the high current account deficit (CAD) and containing its size..." [2]

My point is that 'disruptive financing' needs to be described here or in a new Wikipedia article. For now, I'll put double-brackets around the term. Charles Edwin Shipp (talk) 21:23, 1 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]
