Mannsfeld or Mansfeld?[edit]

Both spellings occur in this article. Mansfeld is linked from German Mediatisation and František Zdeněk Skuherský. I've now made a redirect from that spelling, but please could someone who knows which spelling is right tidy it up! I came across it when working on Wikipedia:WikiProject Red Link Recovery/Repeated letters. PamD (talk) 22:55, 24 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

  • Mansfeld is the more correct spelling. - Nomadic1 (talk) 07:16, 25 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]
    • The Gothaishes Genealogusche Handbuch 7 (2018) indicates clearly that members of the family bear the name Colloredo-Mannsfeld, except the son of the Fürst who bears only the name Count of Mannsfeld. Paul Brussel (talk) 11:13, 31 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]
