questions and comments on the 'formula for the household electricity approach'

• What are $n$ and $I$?
• Why should we expect the $\alpha _{6}$ term?
• Where are $\alpha _{3}$ and $\alpha _{5}$?
• What does the '$1n$' in $1nE$ and $1nC$ mean?
• We do not need to define $PR_{i}$ because it does not occur in the set of equations.
• The equation should not be indexed over $i$ because for the sake of this presentation we only are considering one country.
