Capitalization[edit]

It is always stated as HOVENSA (capital letters) in government documents!

CNN and Reuters use title case, so I think per MOS:TM that's what Wikipedia generally does. I'll note the all-caps style, though. Beland (talk) 04:23, 22 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
