Hello, I am writing this short note to explain that I am the author of this article and I have a potential conflict of interest with Huawei as a topic, per the note on my userpage. I have paid great attention to Wikipedia's guidelines regarding notability and neutrality, and have aimed to ensure this article is written as neutrally as possible. Prior to moving this article from my userspace, I requested that other editors review my draft and was given positive feedback from an editor at Wikiproject Telecommunications encouraging me to take the draft live. If you feel there is any non-neutral POV in the article, I would encourage you to discuss it on this Talk page or make any necessary edits. Thank you. --Bouteloua (talk) 22:16, 9 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]
