DEAN of College of Cardinals[edit]

The text reads, "...proper of the Dean of the Sacred College of Cardinals." The See of Ostia was not linked to the Deanship until the reign of Pope Paul IV. Hugh consecrated Celestine because he was Bishop of Ostia, and the Bishop of Ostia had already had that right for centuries ex officio. The flagged text should be removed.
