Hugh Cha busts a move with the clarinet and saxophone in the New York musical Sweetee, which is a play set in 1930s America and focuses on the power of music. The musical, by Gail Kriegel, is directed by two-time Emmy winner and five-time Tony nominee Patricia Birch. The limited Off-Broadway engagement premiered May 23, 2017 and will run through June 18 in the Ford Foundation Studio Theatre at the Pershing Square Signature Center. The official opening for the musical is set for June 1. In January 2017, Hugh Cha will play the ensemble cast role of 'Steve' in Blueprint Specials at the Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum on the interior hanger deck of a U.S. Navy aircraft carrier that served during World War II, the Cold War, and the Vietnam War. The production centers on a collection of lost Frank Loesser musicals commissioned by the U.S. Army during WWII and is part of the Public Theater's Under the Radar Festival. Honestly, I don't understand the point of using the edit request template if the whole article is written by you anyway... Well, the article seems ok, and has been rated C class, so I won't be placing a COI tag. Note that I have deactivated the template. Regards, VB00 (talk) 18:23, 19 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]
