Article Evaluation[edit]

This article being very board is helpful in the sense that one can get a basic knowledge of Human Resources. And that there are specific human resources managements that can give a detailed explanation and examples of that particular source, on the side which is helpful. I don't per say see how Human Capital can get confused with human resource because they fall under two different categories and involve maybe the same things but how they are handled are different. The origins seems to be really small and not very concise on what actually happened, or where this word or even the understanding of the word came from. The terms for human resources seem bias or stereotyping, because by having the word people there, does no explain what the people do or what their category of jobs is. Further detailing the history of humans as resources would require mentioning nazi germany and their invaluable invention of happyness management as a mean to identify potential political/social threats. This article MUST remain C-CLass as mass suicides in french companies have already proven to be catastrophic for profit with losses as high as 0.1% of the annual benefits. Thank you for your understanding wich demonstrate your skills. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 90.65.57.0 (talk) 06:36, 17 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Added common human resources positions and the edit was undone by another user[edit]

Below is the addition:

Positions within a human resource organization include the Chief Human Resource Officer, Benefits Administrators/Director, Compensation Administrators/Director, Learning Managers, Recruiters, Organizational Development Administrators/Director, Trainers, Union Relations Specialists, and Directors of Diversity & Inclusion. [2] At smaller organizations, the HR Generalist handles many or all of the responsibilities of the HR organization.

It was added under HR opportunities. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Personal Brander (talkcontribs) 17:14, 24 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Notes from the second 'Notes' tab should be transferred into the first 'Notes' tab[edit]

In my opinion, the notes included in the second 'Notes' tab should be transferred into the first 'Notes' tab and the second 'Notes' tab should be deleted as in my opinion there is no need for 2 'Notes' tabs. Xboxsponge15 (talk) 15:02, 14 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]

I saw this on my watchlist and just took care of it. Sometimes, in an article that refers to different pages of the same source in different places, there is a Notes section with citations like "Jones 2010, p. 227" and then a References section with the full citations for those sources. In this case, it was just redundant content. Larry Hockett (Talk) 15:19, 14 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Importance of human resources[edit]

Human resources is the set of people who make up the workforce of an organization, business sector, industry, or economy. A narrower concept is human capital, the knowledge and skills which the individuals command. Similar terms include manpower, labor, personnel, associates or simply: people. 103.94.255.103 (talk) 15:29, 8 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]
