Silos[edit]

Does anybody remember the high silos? They could be seem from miles around and were painted in a variety of pastel colours. When did they go? Charwelton (talk) 08:48, 8 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

They went up in a couple of phases during the 1970s and I think the last one came down about 1995. The base of one is still in place but is only 15 or 18 feet high. MyrtleDene (talk) 11:05, 9 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]
