The following discussion is an archived debate of the proposed merging or splitting of the article below. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made on the appropriate discussion page. No further edits should be made to this discussion.

Oppose – mutations in the genes of each of the subunits leads to distinct pathologies. Furthermore, each of the subunits has an overlapping but distinct protein-protein interaction pattern. Hence it is justified to have a separate article for each subunit. Finally, it is not practical to merger three large {{GNF_Protein_box}} templates into one article.
