What does the IILM stand for?[edit]

I can't find on either of the official sites at the bottom of the article what "IILM" stands for. I would think that should be something that is added to this article. I have googled and found a couple possibilities:

International Institute for Learning in Management
Institute of Islamic Learning in Metroplex

IILM Institute → IILM Institute for Higher Education – Both articles refer to the same topic (as far as I see), but the target article is only an abandoned stub. The complete article should be moved to the full institute name (consistent with ~~most~~ all other IILM articles). the 3rd and 4th very small paragraphs could be back-copied to the long article (if necessary), the first 2 intro sentences contain no unique info.
