Largest Wind Power Producer[edit]

Are there verifiable sources to the claim Iberdrola is second to Ørsted in wind power production in revenue and market capitalization? Correlating the market capitalization to wind production seems quite difficult for companies that have many revenue sources different from wind power. Ørsted exceeds Iberdrola in Offshore generation, but I believe the Iberdrola overall wind portfolio is larger, as they calim to be (https://www.iberdrola.com/about-us). If we cannot find a good source, I believe we should remove the statement. M.Campos (talk) — Preceding undated comment added 15:59, 17 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Issue with number formats and/or units[edit]

This article appears to have randomly selected number formats - apparently sometimes using the comma as a decimal separator, and sometimes using it as a thousands separator. I looked at fixing it, but perhaps it's not wrong. The confusion is that there appears to be no consideration for the choice of units. For example if the company had a combined installed capacity of 46.471 MW in 2015, is that _really_ 46 MW? or is it 46 GW (ie. the point is a thousands separator)? The article does go on to say the capacity just in Scotland is 6,342 MW. It seems unlikely a utility would have a mere 6 MW capacity and bother mentioning it, so here we assume the comma is a thousands separator, and hence it the combined installed capacity must be more than 6000.

Perhaps someone who actually knows can fix it. I suspect that 46.471 should just be changed to 46,471. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 50.218.5.170 (talk) 10:58, 7 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]
