How does this differ from Brainstorming#Team_idea_mapping_method and is it enough to warrant its own article?--Scalhotrod - Just your average banjo playing, drag racing, cowboy... (talk) 03:09, 22 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

This method seems to not require a team to execute it, and it has sufficient sources to meet WP:GNG (though still has WP:V issues).--Jasper Deng (talk) 03:14, 22 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]
I'll have to take your word for it as there isn't an easy way to verify your references, but it still seems very similar to other methods on the brainstorming article. Is there one close enough in nature, purpose, or function that this article can be added as a "see main article" link?--Scalhotrod - Just your average banjo playing, drag racing, cowboy... Actually I'm not the original creator of this article. However, I believe the two concepts are distinct. Idea networking appears to be a way of sorting ideas, while brainstorming seems to focus on selecting one or more ideas for a particular purpose.--Jasper Deng (talk) 04:13, 22 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Too technical[edit]

This article is far to technical in tone. I am a reasonably well educated person and I can't understand it easily. We need to remember who our audience is here, this is an encyclopedia, not a repository for academic papers.--ukexpat (talk) 15:34, 23 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]
