Untitled[edit]

I removed the sentence His name is a deliberate play on words with the pejorative epithet "Kike". Excepting for articles that are derived directly from this one, Google shows me nothing to back up such a "wordplay" claim. Even if true, it adds nothing to the article, and only serves to angry up the reader's blood. --CliffC 18:22, 28 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

You're new to South Park, right?

Anyway I never thought of that before, but.. yeah.. Kyle and Ike.. Roffle. That's gotta be on purpose.

Is it neccessary to write:

"Inexplicably, Sheila blames Ike for the windows broken when Ike is kicked through them, not taking into account that Ike is only a baby and thus unable to actually throw himself through the window with enough force to break the glass."?

I'm going to delete that sentence if no one can bring me proof of someone so dumb they would need that spelled out for them, and still manages to turn on their TV to watch south park, and the internet to read about it on wikipedia. They are dumb because they need things spelled out to them every step of the way, most people would know that babies can't jump through windows, but dumb people cannot. I want to remove this because I think it is too dumb.--24.221.187.19 07:44, 21 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Matt Stone's brother[edit]

Does Matt Stone has an adopted brother? or Ike is just a creation of Matt and Trey?

Isn't Ike jewish?

Original Picture[edit]

What was wrong with the picture of Ike that was on this article before? It was a good picture, and I thought it had a fair use tag. Sloverlord 02:18, 29 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Stop[edit]

Stop changing "Don't kick the damn baby", to "Don't kick the goddamn baby", because he only says "damn". --98E 20:50, 23 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for Image:Ikebroflovski.gif[edit]

Image:Ikebroflovski.gif is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Birthday[edit]

Was Ike born in 1994 or 1995? The kids never age on the show. The main kids turned 9 & Ike turned 3, but they didn't age since. If they did, he would probably be 14 today. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 72.207.209.16 (talk) 07:41, 17 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Merge proposal[edit]

I propose to merge this article into the List of family members as the character of Ike has not proven Notability outside South Park. Unlike other characters, there are no sections with real world content, especially impact of the subject in popular culture as well as coverage by a vast amount of reliable secondary sources. As the information in this article is really short, no content shall be lost with this merger. Thoughts? --LoЯd ۞pεth 19:17, 25 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

  • Merge - Only real world info concerning his character revolves around his relationship with Kyle (and his family). Merger into the "families" article makes complete sense. - SoSaysChappy (talk) 04:27, 26 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

A week has passed and no opposition came. More important is the fact that the article hasn't shown any improvement at all, so the merger is being performed. --LoЯd ۞pεth 18:14, 1 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
