Does this refer to the Supreme Court?[edit]

Within the article, there is the phrase "The court carefully narrowed the per se treatment. . ."

From the context, "THE court", as well as mentioning that it narrowed a ruling, it sounds like the original author was referring to the United States Supreme Court. If this is so, than the word "court" should be capitalized since it is a proper noun in that context. (i.e. The Court. . .)

Or, perhaps, it would be better to spell it out completely, (The Supreme Court), to render it less ambiguous?

What say ye?
