Wellmade-Yedang merger being unwound?[edit]

It's being asserted at Draft:Wellmade Yedang that the merger that led to the formation of Imagine Asia has been unwound and that Wellmade Yedang has retained its status as a separate company. Can those with more familiarity with the situation comment on that here or at the draft's talk page?
