Nobel House?[edit]

ICH was obviously the original name but from what I can work out since it was taken over by the government it's been known as Nobel House. At least, Defra give their address as Nobel House, 17 Smith Square - they seem to use the Smith Square entrance, but does Nobel House only cover that block on the Smith Square side or the whole building? I assume that latter, but I can't find anything definite from a quick Google. Even if the whole building is now Nobel House, there's the question of whether ICH remains the WP:COMMONNAME....
