Terminology[edit]

AFAIK, 'impossible bottle' is purely AE. I've never heard the term used at all in BE. If this regional usage can be confirmed, the article should mention it. --Ef80 (talk) 20:05, 6 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]

just my 2¢, but i had never actually heard the phrase "impossible bottle" before this article, just "ship in a bottle". of course, that doesn't really cover the other examples. Boomur [☎] 20:15, 6 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Ways to build one[edit]

Isn't there a third way, namely to take a bottle without a bottom, place the ship inside, and then glaze the bottom in place? 77.183.18.70 (talk) 17:16, 16 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Harry Eng[edit]
