Terminology and links[edit]

In articles related to the water supply and sanitation of various countries there are a number of redlinks of variations of the phrase basic water services: "at least basic water source", "at least basic drinking water", "basic water", "at least basic water", "at least basic water supply infrastructure" etc. It simply needs a link to this page without further navigation to any specific section. At this stage I am not making too much of a distinction whether only "basic water" or "at least basic water" or exactly what part of the numerous variations should be linked to this page.
