This page is not unambiguously promotional, because... (your reason here) --Richa927 (talk) 17:01, 19 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]

It is a genuine and government affiliated organisation and the article has been placed with no intention of promoting it. It is only there for people's knowledge about the organisation. The external links have also been provided to prove the genuineness of the organisation.

@Richa927: Given your previous username I would ask if you represent this organization in any way. If you are being paid to edit here(i.e. as part of your job) then Wikipedia's Terms of Use require you to declare that on your userpage; please see this page for more information. You should also review conflict of interest. Regarding this page, I don't question the notability as a government organization, but the way the page is worded(especially the use of "we", some of which you have removed) suggests its purpose is promotional in nature and not to be an encyclopedic article. 331dot (talk) 18:10, 19 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]
@331dot: Sir, the intent is purely encyclopedic, but, if required I can edit the portions that are seeming to be promotional in nature. I removed some of the parts regarding the contributions for I thought they are seeming promotional. If any other change is needed, such as removal of "we's", that will surely be done. I do not represent the organisation and neither am getting paid for it. This is only for people's knowledge that the page is being put up.
Why did you use "we" and have your initial username be what it was if you are not a part of this organization? 331dot (talk) 08:36, 20 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]
