I've heard that many of the soldiers in the INA claimed they had been forced to serve in it during the trials, can anybody lend any confirmation? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 204.52.215.67 (talk) 18:36, 5 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Fay's book says that the prosecution alleged that the INA forcibly recruited by using torture and strong arms tzctics down to firing at the PoWs in camps. They used as witness a person whose name I cant remember now, but he recieved a George crocc later. His account is also in Hugh Toye's springing tiger. But Fay 's argument is that the firing were isolated incidents, although some strong tactics may have been used intially for the First INA, but not in the scale or scope alleged by prosecution. He also refutes and disproves the story of the George cross awardee.Rueben lys 18:01, 7 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
