Bias[edit]

There seems to be a strong bias in favor of collectivist cultures, as well as a stance in opposition to individualistic cultures in this article. When comparing and contrasting the two, the article consistently focuses solely on the percieved negative aspects of the former, while consistently focusing solely on the perceived positive aspects of the latter, creating a non-neutral tone. I agree that this is currently true for the "conflict strategies" section, at least to some degree. I'm not sure how to fix it, though (as my understanding is that there is evidence that individualistic conflict styles are probably not as beneficial even for the individuals). The other sections read as balanced to me (individualistic culture is presented as positive, with direct and precise communication that does not lead to miscommunication, and display rules that are not "strict", etc.).
