Merger with vocational education?[edit]
Content-wise, this article looks like it doesn't belong under its own lemma and should rather be integrated into a broader article, e.g. vocational education. Moreover, the sources - only studies co-authored or authored by Qi - suggest that this might be an attempt at academic self-promotion (which Wikipedia shouldn't be a platform for). --Arbraxan (talk) 01:55, 7 February 2017 (UTC)
