This page reads like an advertisement.

IANAL, but whether the InfiniDB Community Edition license is actually open source or not is debatable. It contains certain stipulations that apparent to violate the Open Source Definition put forth by by OSI. For example, the license limits the licensed party to using the software only on a single CPU with no more than 4 cores. My understanding is that a license must not be limited to a certain hardware or technology to fit the OSI definition. Hanenkamp (talk) 20:46, 18 September 2013 (UTC)

Agree it needs some work to be more neutral and based on more third-party sources. I do not think that OSI owns a trademark on the term "open source" so its definition is not sacrosanct, but should probably summarize the facts as best we can without promotion.
