POV Discussion[edit]

Surprise, surprise. The only reference to the first sentence of this article when searching through Google is the article itself. I couldn't actually decide how to dispute this article and what tags to include because so many of them apply. Although this drive-by does nothing to help the article, and it is not intended as a badge of shame, this article desperately needs work. It's kind of embarrassing for anyone trying to promote IT security. 96.51.153.243 (talk) 00:46, 20 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]

The POV concern is neither specific, nor clear. The dispute has no real substance and its tone is unfortunate. The article lacks references simply because it originally established the emerging idea of an ISOC, which has now been widely accepted in the security industry and beyond. Given the absence of anything meaningful this POV issue should be removed. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Cartermichael (talkcontribs) 04:07, 21 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Done. The article isn't great, but a SOC is a real thing and there's no apparent POV. Snori (talk) 08:46, 19 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]
I suggest to remove the 'Smart SOC' section, it appears to be a product description and also does not have a single source. 193.187.235.17 (talk) 13:00, 25 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Yes, at least the Smart seems to be part of a product Name and security operations center is what the article is about. Rasos (talk) 12:23, 20 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
