Acquisition by Sentinel Peak Resources[edit]

I edited the article to reflect the acquisition by Sentinel Peak Resources which is now operating the field. I added a link to their press release. I noticed that there is no Wiki article for Sentinel Peak Resources; creating a new article for a corporation might be beyond my limited Wiki editing skills but I will attempt it if no one with more experience wants to.
