I noticed that the sponsoring institution of this "international" rights index is one which promotes a flat tax. Since a flat tax is a very controversial (not to mention apparently unpopular) idea, if such a consideration has been treated toward the quality of "rights" in its ranking, I think this ought to be mentioned. I'd also be interested in seeing links cross-referenced to any neutral or governmental sources (if there are any) which have sought to rank support around the world for the right to own property (since such is indeed a human right according to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights per Article 17, even if not taken up in the International Covenants.)
