Update history[edit]

I would like to update the history with current names of the programs for physics, chemistry and math. The section would look like this (changes in bold):

ISP was founded in 1961 by Tor Ragnar Gerholm at the Uppsala University Institute of Physics as a scholarship program called The International Seminar in Physics (now the International Programme in the Physical Sciences, IPPS). The program provided scholarships for physics researchers from academic institutions in low-income countries, which included an academic year of education and research at Uppsala University. Based on the good experience of the physics program, a corresponding scholarship program in chemistry started in 1970 called The International Seminar in Chemistry (now IPICS). Scholarships to researchers, and later also students, remained the focus of the organization until the late 1980s, when instead the program changed to long-term support of research groups and scientific networks. A program in mathematics (IPMS) was added in 2002.
