Validity of this article is highly doubtful. iTEP is a new test for Indians by Indians and not acceptable in US/EUROPE/PACIFIC. I'm not sure what test you're thinking of, but as the sources in this article are pretty clear: iTEP was developed by an American company and is used in the US, Colombia, Saudi Arabia, and many other countries.
