I've merged in some content from the other article. Additional work will be needed on switching out footnotes to use secondary sources over primary sources and condensing the content down. I'm sure that we can do that going forward. A number of potential sources are listed at Talk:Interstate 81 controversy in Syracuse, New York. Imzadi 1979  21:13, 31 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]
