C vs. C++[edit]

If you go to iperf.fr and look for source distributions, it appears to be C++, going all the way back to 1.7.0. (Somewhat of an annoyance that I bothered looking at this for my C embedded project where a C++ toolchain is not a realistic option...) https://iperf.fr/iperf-download.php#source Does anyone know if iperf was formerly C and was later changed to C++? I'll change it soon, but wanted to additionally know if there was any missing context. Chaparral2J (talk) 19:47, 12 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]

"iperf" or "Iperf"?[edit]

What is the name of it? "iperf" or "Iperf"?

It is currently inconsistent in the article.

According to the iperf3 website, it's "iperf3". But for iperf2 it's not that easy, as their website refers to itself as "Iperf2" and "iperf2" and sometimes even "iperf 2" or "Iperf 2". So, anything goes? ;-) -- Evilninja (talk) 14:18, 18 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]
