Editor deleting material that he agrees is accurate and has a citation[edit]

An editor has two times deleted material here he agrees is accurate ("The content you were putting on was fine. ... What you're writing is all correct.) and has a citation.

Because he does not like the format of the citation (Just learn how to reuse citations correctly pleas).

Can someone speak to him? Thanks. He is a paid editor but says this is not one of his paid articles.
