Can't find any examples of isopropyl chloride hydrolysis. It looks like it will hydrolize to isopropyl alcohol by reaction with dillute water solution of alkali hydroxide (weaker base like the mentioned in the article t-butoxide), and reaction with the alcoholic solution of alkali base will yield mostly the elimination product (propene). — Preceding unsigned comment added by 193.110.114.207 (talk) 23:38, 31 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]
