Constitutional Convention of 1965-6[edit]

I think that McGrath was a member of the Rhode Island state Constitutional Convention that met in 1965 and 1966. (I may have picked this up from the Rhode Island Blue Book, either in its gubernatorial biographies or its list of Convention delegates.) Can anyone determine whether this is true?
