I would like to request the assistance of an admin to make necessary changes to the article "Jaan Nissar Lone." As stated in the proposal, this article is currently flagged for potential deletion due to concerns about it being a recreation of a page that only admins can create.

As can be seen at Jaan Nissar Lone, this article has a bit of a history. You should probably have started it as a draft and then submitted it for review. I have no opinion atm if the article meets WP:N, I have not checked the sources. You can ask for the article to be moved to the correct title at WP:MOVEREQ. Comment: I moved the discussion from WP:RMTR since it has been sitting there for almost a week, and the WP:SALTing of Jaan Nissar Lone occurred over 4 years ago. At this point, I suppose this move request could be treated like a WP:COMMONNAME discussion, considering consensus could allow this move to occur regardless of page protections.
