Jabrayil district is not part of NK, hence category Azerbaijani administrative divisions of NK is inapplicable here. Atabek (talk) 00:29, 24 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Some people would disagree; however, since no one felt the need to respond to my RFC on the NK article about just what the NKR's borders are, the issue wasn't resolved. Please go to Talk:Republic of Artsakh/Archive 1#Has the NKR annexed Lachin, and is it in writing? and discuss this there. --Golbez (talk) 00:38, 24 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

About the intro[edit]

We have a situation where both countries claim that they control this territory at this moment. Of course, this can't last long and after the war, everything will become less controversial but Wikipedia should not be a part of propaganda or be biased, hence I think we need to rewrite the intro a little bit since at this point it looks like it is clear that Jabrayil is under the control of Azerbaijan but Armenia denied it. It is the point of view of Azerbaijan. This is not neutral. --ԱշոտՏՆՂ (talk) 10:11, 7 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Because it is a part of Azerbaijan. What did you expect? Beshogur (talk) 21:32, 7 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]
@Beshogur. I already said that: I expect a neutral article. Something like this "it is de jure an administrative territorial entity in the south-western part of the Republic of Azerbaijan. However, both Azerbaijan and Armenia claim that it is under their control now." This is not the exact text I want to add but something similar. We can link to the articles of two wars and/or add a footnote. Of course, this is a temporary solution until both sides come to an agreement about Jabrayil. --ԱշոտՏՆՂ (talk) 04:03, 8 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]

I doubt too much person is reading this article currently. We can settle soon. Beshogur (talk) 09:25, 8 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]

I don't think that your argument is valid. We have 17,323 pageviews in the last 30 days. Also if the article is not so popular it does not mean we don't need to care about it.--ԱշոտՏՆՂ (talk) 11:56, 8 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Well it is under AZ government control, even Armenia accepted this. Beshogur (talk) 14:43, 30 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Uninhabited[edit]

@Solavirum: could you check this? LechitaPL claims entire region is depopulated. Beshogur (talk) 16:01, 16 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Beshogur, well, he had a notable source, but seems like it is unnecessary to put it everywhere, including the lead and the template. I will move it to another section. --► Sincerely: SolaVirum 16:04, 16 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]
