No legal proceedings have actually been issued by James Baillieu against BidEnergy. Despite numerous allegations made against BidEnergy and its Directors by James Baillieu, made to the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX), BID's shareholders and to the media, the ASX has not advised of any wrongdoing following its investigations. Time to sort out the article on this character

@Etzedek24:@Alicia Kites:@Elmidae:@Juanma281984: and others with a genuine interest in this colourful character. I propose to give this article a good clean up. The note at the top is dead right, there are way too many quotes. It needs a good balance of criticism and contribution too. Any objections? Suggestions? This article has been a binfire for years with vast amounts of detail much of it antagonistic to the subject of the bio. I followed it on off over last three years and the article is I think now close to being fair and right length. CollinsStreet (talk) 05:38, 13 April 2024 (UTC)
