You keep removing the tag, {{no footnotes|date=October 2012}}. And when you do you cite the manual of Style, can you cite something specific in the manual of style that prohibits the tag. You reverted my addition of an inline citation, and I restored it. You said that references in the lede are discouraged but you did not cite an actual Wikipedia rule. See WP:MINREF - I quote: "Our sourcing policies do not require an inline citation for any other type of material (referring to the box with 4 types of statements which must be referenced in-line). You are confusing "do not require" with "must be removed", they are not synonyms. Whenever I am adding an inline citation think of me as challenging that fact, that is why I am reading the sources and looking to see if it is true. Remember "any statement that has been challenged" must use an inline citation. When you remove my inline citations, the next person to read the article will have to go through the same process to check the facts. When they stay they know which fact belongs to which reference and can even read the fact in situ with the quote. --Richard Arthur Norton (1958- ) (talk) 17:29, 25 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]
