Classification as revolutionary vs. nationalist[edit]

The article classifies and introduces the subject as a revolutionary but does not explain or cite revolutionary actions or membership in revolutionary organizations. Clearly he is a nationalist politician and fighter for Indian independence, but his description doesn't denote any acts of violence or even condoning such acts in the article (see the distinction in Revolutionary movement for Indian independence). Propose that the introduction be replaced with his more notable achievements (legal defence of nationalists and various prisoners, as well as having been elected twice as Mayor, which is not even mentioned in the introduction).
