Yes it is Jean-Paul Bourelly and I am pleased that my post got a reaction from someone at Wikipedia. I have been trying to get some ones attention for some time. Seems the bad writing did it. Wikipedia has become a powerful first reference for many people trying to learn more about my career, therefore I must attempt to try and supply the site with the best info possible. The English site does not address my work or its characteristics in any way. It lists a number of artists I have had some limited associations with. However the list gives a foggy picture at best of the direction my career has taken artistically. As an independent guitarists/produce working Internationally, there are journalist who would know the facts that I have logged below. Most specifically, for the last 15 year I have concentrated my efforts on exploring new sonic language through the guitar with an accent on music created around the idea of the African Diaspora. I would like to see something about the bi-tonal harmonic, poly-rhythmic concept that I introduced on my 2001 release Trance Atlantic (Boom Bop II). Buddy Miles, Robin Trower, Jack Bruce, Terry Bozzio,?? Although my name has been referenced with some of these artists, I think I might have played on a jam session with Bozzio and Bruce Televised on the German TV Stuttgart Jazz Open in 1997, maybe?? but Buddy Miles and Trower I never played with them? I knew Buddy briefly and his palying had an impact on my taste in drummers. I like the definition and purpose he had. More than one of the drummers I used had this. Although I always supported their cause by performing on several of their shows, I was never a member of the Black Rock Coalition because I have always said that I don't agree with the name. I myself might not be able to edit this according to the Wikipedia guidelines correctly but facts should get out. I am very open to collaborating with a Wiki savvy individual(s) who can log facts correctly about my work. Most of the information in the current entry comes from AllMusiccom. All information on Wikipedia comes from published sources. That's the rule. All information has to come from published, reliable, verifiable, independent, third-party sources.

That rule introduces limitations and problems. Articles about jazz musicians can be difficult because there isn't much published material about jazz musicians, outside of, for example, AllMusic, Downbeat, JazzTimes, All About Jazz, and the occasional article or obituary in The New York Times.

It may sound odd that although musicians themselves can be used as sources (about themselves), they can't be used as sources for every fact, detail, or opinion related to them and their career, and they can't be the only source. The level of detail will probably seem unsatisfactory to someone who reads a Wikipedia entry expecting it to be a perfect summary of their career, skills, and personality. Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, with a format and a set of its rules of its own, and it's always changing. Always. Every minute. By anyone with an internet connection. Wikipedia is not a newspaper, a blog, a magazine, a TV show, an interview, a press release, a musician's web site, a music web site, a record label's advertisement, a résumé, or a book about jazz. Wikipedia's editors are unpaid. They are volunteers, generously offering their time and effort, doing the best they can within all kinds of limitations.

I'll think about the complaint regarding too much weight given to the Black Rock Coalition and Robin Trower, etc., as mentioned above. I sourced that information from AllMusic only yesterday. I read the Talk page comments only a few minutes ago.
