No source is given for the description of the building as "Modernistic style commercial architecture", and there is no WP article on an architectural style by that name. The style description presumably came from the NRHP nomination form, but the link to that document is dead (now tagged), and link 3 shows that NHRP has not yet digitized any descriptive information on the building. Unless sourcing is provided for "Modernistic" within a year, the term will be deleted, with the style given only as "combining Late Gothic Revival and Art Deco".
